The rates are based on two people sharing a room. A double room as a single £60.00per night if available.

Bank Holiday weekends 3 nights minimum, other times 2 nights minimum. Includes all U.K. taxes and a full breakfast. (Rare Breed Breakfast £1.50 p.p. extra, when available - please ask at time of booking.)

Cancellaton Policy; Cancellations 7 days or less before the date of the booking, the full value of the booking is payable unless we can re-let the rooms. No show,full value of the booking is payable. Cancellations 14-7 days before booking is due, the first nights stay is payable unless we can re-let the rooms. We strongly advise you to take out holiday insurance.
